We make every effort to package orders using high quality packaging materials to ensure safe delivery on time. We ship on Fridays via U.S. Postal Service. If you need an order faster than the standard time frame; say overnight or within two days or so, please let us know so we can expedite using Fed Ex or one of the other quick ship carriers.
We make every effort to provide top quality service and materials. Due to the high cost of shipping this way, we are unable to accept returns/offer refunds. We are not responsible for delays or mishandling of items once they have shipped. If an extraordinarily weird situation does arise, we will do our level best to try to resolve it along side of our policies.
We ask one to two weeks be allowed for orders to be received. We work hard to get them packaged and ready for shipment on Fridays. Start counting shipping time the Friday after an order is submitted.
